Mobileye Announces Secondary Offering of Shares of Class A Common Stock, Concurrent Repurchase and Conversion
July 8, 2025 4:01 PM EDTJERUSALEM--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mobileye Global Inc. (Nasdaq: MBLY) (Mobileye) today announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of 45 million shares of Mobileyes Class A common stock by Intel Overseas Funding Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (the Selling Stockholder). The Selling Stockholder intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 6.75 million shares of Mobileyes Class A common stock.
