Lineage Announces Proposed Offering of Senior Notes

(NASDAQ: LINE) (the Company), announced today that Lineage OP, LP (the Operating Partnership), a direct subsidiary of the Company, intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, senior notes (the Notes) in a private placement.
