AirSculpt Announces Pricing of Offering of Common Stock
June 10, 2025 6:55 AM EDTMIAMI BEACH, Fla., June 10, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AirSculpt Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRS)(AirSculpt or the Company), a national provider of premium body contouring procedures, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,160,000 shares of common stock. AirSculpt has agreed to sell the shares to the underwriter at a price of $3.80 per share, for proceeds to the Company, before expenses, of $12.0 million.
