(NASDAQ: AXSM) (Axsome), a biopharmaceutical company leading a new era in the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Hetero Labs Ltd. and certain of its affiliates (Hetero) resolving patent litigation related to Axsomes product SUNOSI® (solriamfetol).
