SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) today announced the pricing of $1.0 billion principal amount of 0.0% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2028 (the notes) in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act).
