(NYSE: AUNA) (Auna or the Company), a Latin American healthcare company with operations in Mexico, Peru and Colombia, today announced that it intends to offer additional 10.000% senior secured notes (the Additional Notes) in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers in accordance with Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act), and outside the United States to non-U.S. persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act.
