April 30, 2025 4:30 PM EDTEFFINGHAM, Ill., April 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSBI) (the Company) reported preliminary results for the first quarter of 2025. As previously disclosed, the Company is completing its evaluation, subject to review by its independent registered public accounting firm, of the accounting and financial reporting of third-party lending and servicing arrangements, including the collection and analysis of third-party documentation, not material to tangible equity.
