(NASDAQ: PLRZ) (the Company), a biotech company specializing in innovative intranasal hydrogels, today announced the closing of its previously announce private placement  of approximately $17.0 million of Ordinary Shares and/or pre-funded and investor warrants at a price of $0.48 per Ordinary Unit.
The offering consisted of the sale of 35,416,667 Ordinary Units (or Pre-Funded Units), each consisting of (i) one (1) Ordinary Share or Pre-Funded Warrant, and (ii) one (1) Series A Warrant to purchase one (1) Ordinary Share per warrant.
