ECARX Holdings Inc. Announces Pricing of Offering of 25,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares

(Nasdaq: ECX) (ECARX or the Company), a global mobility tech provider, announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 25,000,000 Class A ordinary shares of the Company (the Ordinary Shares), at a public offering price of US$1.80 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters in the Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 Ordinary Shares.
