Newegg Announces Upcoming Share Combination

(NASDAQ: NEGG) (the Company), a global leader in e-commerce for technology products, today announced that its board of directors approved a twenty-to-one share combination (commonly referred to as a reverse stock split) of its common shares. The share combination was also approved by the controlling shareholders of the Company by written consent.
