Amentum Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering
March 12, 2025 8:43 AM EDTCHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amentum Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMTM) (Amentum) announced today the pricing of the previously announced secondary underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 19,464,174 shares of its common stock (the Shares) at a public offering price of $16.50 per share. The Offering is expected to close on March 13, 2025 subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions. Amentum is not selling any shares of common stock and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the Shares in the Offering or from the debt-for-equity exchange (as described below).
