H.C. Wainwright analyst Emily Bodnar upgraded Arcus Biosciences (NYSE: RCUS) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $24.00.

The analyst comments "Initial cas + cabo data expected in mid-2025; we are increasingly positive on opportunity given cas efficacy vs belzutifan. The ARC-20 study evaluating casdatifan (cas) monotherapy and in combo with other agents in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) has enrolled ~40 patients in the cas + cabozantinib (cabo) cohort, which is meant to evaluate the same combo and patient population as the Phase 3 PEAK-1 study expected to initiate in 2Q25...
