THe analyst comments "News: H announced this morning it entered into an agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Playa Hotels & Resorts (PLYA). As a reminder, the company disclosed entering into an exclusivity agreement with Playa on 12/23/2024 to negotiate potential strategic alternatives with the company.
