Neuronetics Announces Pricing of $18 Million Underwritten Public Offering of Common Stock
February 7, 2025 7:54 AM ESTMALVERN, Pa., Feb. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Neuronetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: STIM) (the Company) today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of its common stock, comprised of 8,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $2.25 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $18 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the Company.
