Butterfly Network Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Butterfly Network, Inc. (NYSE: BFLY) (Butterfly or the Company), a digital health company transforming care with portable, semiconductor-based ultrasound technology and intuitive software, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of Class A common stock (Common Stock). Butterfly also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of Common Stock sold in the public offering.
