U.S. Energy Corp. Announces Extension of $5.0 Million Share Repurchase Program and Separate Affiliate Share Repurchase
January 29, 2025 7:00 AM ESTHOUSTON, Jan. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- U.S. Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: USEG, U.S. Energy or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the extension of the previously announced share repurchase program under which the Company may purchase up to $5.0 million of its outstanding shares of common stock in the open market, in accordance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, including Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
