(NASDAQ: FISI) (the Company), the parent company of Five Star Bank (the Bank) and Courier Capital, LLC, today announced the appointment of Angela J. Panzarella as a new independent member of the Boards of Directors of both the Company and the Bank, on January 22, 2025.
