4Q Net Revenues Up 20% Year-Over-Year to $5.3 Billion
Quarterly GAAP Earnings Per Share of $.94, $1.01 Adjusted (1) Up 49% Versus 4Q23
WESTLAKE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Charles Schwab Corporation reported net income for the fourth quarter totaling $1.8 billion, or $.94 earnings per share. Excluding $177 million of pre-tax transaction-related and restructuring costs, adjusted (1) net income and earnings per share equaled $2.0 billion and $1.01, respectively.
