(Flowco), a provider of production optimization, artificial lift and methane abatement solutions for the oil and natural gas industry, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 20,470,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $24.00 per share, including the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 2,670,000 shares of Class A common stock from Flowco at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
