BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) today reported earnings for the fourth quarter and full-year ended Dec. 31, 2024. The company reported fourth quarter net income available to common shareholders of $508 million and diluted earnings per common share of $0.56. For the full-year 2024, the company reported net income available to common shareholders of $1.8 billion and diluted earnings per common share of $1.93.
