INLIF LIMITED Announces Pricing of US$8 Million Initial Public Offering
December 31, 2024 3:00 PM ESTQuanzhou, China, Dec. 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INLIF LIMITED (the Company or INLIF), a company engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of injection molding machine-dedicated manipulator arms, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the Offering) of 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per ordinary share. The ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on January 2, 2025 under the ticker symbol INLF.
