Janover Announces 1-for-8 Reverse Stock Split as Part of Nasdaq Compliance Plan

(Nasdaq:Â JNVR) (Janover or the Company), an AI-enabled platform connecting the commercial real estate industry, today announced that it will effect a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its common stock.
