December 13, 2024 7:00 AM ESTCHICAGO, Dec. 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share. This special dividend is payable on January 15, 2025 to shareholders of record on January 3, 2025 and will return approximately $500 million to shareholders.
