Vivopower Receives Notification of Recompliance with Nasdaq’s Minimum Bid Price Rule
December 11, 2024 8:30 AM ESTLONDON, Dec. 11, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On December 10, 2024, VivoPower International PLC (Nasdaq: VVPR) ("VivoPower" or the "Company") received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) indicating that the Companys common stock has maintained a minimum bid closing price of $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
