November 26, 2024 6:10 PM ESTCOLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) (VENU or the Company), a premier hospitality and live music company dedicated to crafting luxury, experience-driven entertainment destinations, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 1,200,000 shares of the Companys common stock at public offering price of $10.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $12 million prior to deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
