Synaptics Incorporated Prices $400.0 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
November 14, 2024 11:46 PM ESTSAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 14, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Synaptics® Incorporated (Nasdaq: SYNA) today announced the pricing of its offering of $400.0 million aggregate principal amount of 0.75% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the notes) in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act). The issuance and sale of the notes are scheduled to settle on November 19, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
