GrafTech Regains Compliance with NYSE Continued Listing Standards
November 4, 2024 8:30 AM ESTBROOKLYN HEIGHTS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GrafTech International Ltd. (NYSE: EAF) (GrafTech, the Company, we or our) announced today that it received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange (the NYSE) notifying GrafTech that it has regained compliance with the NYSEs continued listing standards criteria of a minimum share price as set forth in Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual (Section 802.01C).
