Marex Group plc Announces Pricing of U.S.$600 Million Senior Notes Offering
October 31, 2024 9:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Marex Group plc (Nasdaq: MRX) (Marex), the diversified global financial services platform, announced the pricing on October 30, 2024 of a public offering (the Offering) of U.S.$600 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.404% Senior Notes due 2029 (the Notes). The Notes will be issued at a price to the public equal to 100.000% of the principal amount thereof and will be senior unsecured obligations of Marex.
