Paramount Group (PGRE) PT Raised to $6 at Evercore ISI
November 1, 2024 5:42 AM EDTEvercore ISI analyst Steve Sakwa raised the price target on Paramount Group (NYSE: PGRE) to $6.00 (from $5.00) while maintaining a In Line rating.
The analyst comments "After publishing our initial take (here) on PGREs Q3 results and listening to the conference call, our FY24 core FFO estimate remains unchanged at $0.78 while our 25 estimate increases by 1¢ to $0.66. Driven by better portfolio operations, management raised FY24 guidance by 1¢ at the midpoint to a new range of $0.78 - $0.80 but we remain cautious as the known vacates and sluggish leasing environment...
