Axos Financial, Inc. Reports First Quarter Fiscal Year 2025 Results

(NYSE: AX) (Axos or the Company) today announced unaudited financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024. Net income was $112.3 million, an increase of 35.9% from $82.6 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $1.93, an increase of $0.55, or 39.9%, as compared to diluted earnings per share of $1.38 for the quarter ended September 30, 2023.
Adjusted earnings and adjusted earnings per diluted common share (Adjusted EPS), non-GAAP measures described further below, increased $29.5 million to $114.1 million and increased $0.55 to $1.96, respectively, for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, compared to $84.6 million and... More
