Donaldson Announces Scott Robinson to Retire and Brad Pogalz to Become Chief Financial Officer
October 29, 2024 4:15 PM EDTMINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, today announced that Scott Robinson, chief financial officer, will retire from his current role effective October 31st, 2024. Brad Pogalz, currently vice president, global financial planning and analysis, will assume the role of chief financial officer. Mr. Robinson will remain in an advisory role through December 6, 2024, working closely with Mr. Pogalz to ensure a smooth transition.
