Wolfspeed Nominates Thomas Seifert and Woody Young to Board of Directors

(NYSE: WOLF), the global leader in silicon carbide technology, announced today that Thomas Seifert and Woody Young have been nominated to Wolfspeeds Board of Directors (the Board). Their nominations will be considered by shareholders at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the 2024 Annual Meeting), scheduled for December 5, 2024.
