Hologic to Acquire Gynesonics, Developer of Minimally Invasive Solutions for Women’s Health
October 14, 2024 8:05 AM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hologic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX), a global champion of womens health, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Gynesonics, Inc. (Gynesonics®), a privately held medical device company focused on the development of minimally invasive solutions for womens health for approximately $350 million, subject to working capital and other customary closing adjustments.
