Vishay Precision Group Acquires Nokra

MALVERN, Pa., Sept. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (NYSE: VPG), a leader in precision measurement and sensing technologies, today announced it acquired Nokra Optische Prueftechnik & Automation GmbH (Nokra), a Germany-based, privately held maker of precision measuring and testing equipment for manufacturing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
