Orgenesis Announces Reverse Stock Split
September 23, 2024 7:00 AM EDTGERMANTOWN, Md., Sept. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orgenesis Inc. (Nasdaq: ORGS) (Orgenesis or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the Companys common stock, par value $0.0001, which will be effective at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on September 24, 2024. The Companys common stock will continue to be traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis beginning on September 25, 2024, under the Companys existing trading symbol ORGS.
