Murphy Oil Corporation Announces Pricing of $600 Million of 6.000% Senior Notes Due 2032
September 19, 2024 3:29 PM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Murphy Oil Corporation (the Company) (NYSE: MUR) announced today that it has priced an offering of $600 million of 6.000% Senior Notes due 2032 pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The Company expects to close the offering on October 3, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions, and expects to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to (i) fund the previously announced cash tender offers (the Tender Offers) to purchase up to $600 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2027, 6.375%...
