B. Riley co-CEO offers to acquire investment bank; shares surge
August 16, 2024 9:38 AM EDTIn a regulatory filing on Friday, Bryant Riley, B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY) Financial's co-CEO, proposed to buy the investment bank. The news has seen B. Riley's shares surge more than 27% in early trading.
The $7 per share offer represents a 39% premium to B. Riley stock's last close.
