Post Holdings Announces Commencement of Senior Notes Offering

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 8, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST) (the "Company" or "Post") today announced it intends to commence a private offering to eligible purchasers, subject to market and other conditions, of $1,200.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033 (the "Notes").
