Aurora Announces Pricing of $420 Million Upsized Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
August 1, 2024 8:00 AM EDTPITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aurora Innovation, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUR) today announced the pricing of its underwritten upsized public offering of 116,666,667 shares of its Class A common stock at $3.60 per share. All of the securities are to be sold by Aurora. In addition, Aurora has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 17,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
