American Airlines Names Howard Ungerleider to its Board of Directors
July 31, 2024 4:30 PM EDTFORT WORTH, Texas, July 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AAL) today announced the election of Howard Ungerleider, 55, to its board of directors. Ungerleider will serve on the boards Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
