Axos Financial, Inc. Reports Record Fiscal Year 2024 Results
July 30, 2024 4:05 PM EDTLAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos or the Company) today announced unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024. Net income was $104.9 million, an increase of 20.1% from $87.4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. Diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $1.80, an increase of $0.34, or 23.3%, as compared to diluted earnings per share of $1.46 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
Adjusted earnings and adjusted earnings per diluted common share (Adjusted EPS), non-GAAP measures described further below, increased $17.3 million to $106.7 million and increased $0.33 to $1.83, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, compared to $89.4 million and $1.50,... More
