Constellium Prices Company’s Notes Offering
July 25, 2024 12:50 PM EDTPARIS, July 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM) (Constellium or the Company) announced today that the Company has priced a private offering (the Notes Offering) of 300 million of euro denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the Euro Notes) and $350 million of U.S. dollar denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the USD Notes and together with the Euro Notes, the Notes).
