Amazon will beat earnings expectations: Citi
July 26, 2024 6:43 AM EDTCiti analysts project that Amazon's (NASDAQ: AMZN) second-quarter 2024 results, set to be announced on Thursday, August 1, will surpass consensus expectations for both revenue and operating income.
"We believe Amazon's 2Q24 results are likely to be better-than-consensus expectations across both revenue and Operating Income," Citi stated.
The positive outlook is driven by accelerating AWS demand and expanding profitability.
