Constellium Launches Proposed Senior Notes Offering
July 24, 2024 3:00 AM EDTPARIS, July 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM) (Constellium or the Company) announced today the commencement of a proposed private offering of approximately 300 million of euro denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the Euro Notes) and $350 million of U.S. dollar denominated senior unsecured notes due 2032 (together with the Euro Notes, the Notes), subject to market and other conditions (the Notes Offering).
Constellium intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes Offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem, satisfy and discharge in accordance with the governing indenture, all of its outstanding 5.875%... More
