July 19, 2024 8:00 AM EDTSAN DIEGO, July 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dare Bioscience, Inc. (NASDAQ: DARE), a leader in innovation for the health and wellbeing of women, announced that it was notified by the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) as a result of the closing bid price of the Companys common stock being $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive trading sessions and that the matter is closed.
