BofA: China restrictions could cut between 3% and 30% of ASML's EBIT
July 22, 2024 1:42 PM EDTAccording to a recent Bank of America research note, additional U.S. restrictions on semiconductor equipment exports to China could significantly impact ASML Holdings' (NASDAQ: ASML) earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT).
The bank's analysts suggest that ASMLs EBIT could be reduced by 3% to 30%, contingent on the severity of the restrictions and ASMLs capacity to redirect sales lost in China to other regions.
