WEBTOON Entertainment Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (WEBTOON or the Company), a leading global entertainment company and home to some of the worlds largest storytelling platforms, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $21.00 per share. In addition, WEBTOON has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
