Montana Technologies Announces Private Placement Financing
June 11, 2024 5:09 PM EDTRONAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Montana Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: AIRJ), (Montana Technologies or the Company), the developer of AirJoule®, a transformational atmospheric thermal energy and water harvesting technology, today announced that it has entered into subscription agreements for a private placement financing (the PIPE) with existing and new investors to sell an aggregate of approximately 1.2 million shares of common stock, which is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $12 million.
