MAA Announces Pricing of Senior Unsecured Notes Offering
May 13, 2024 4:37 PM EDTGERMANTOWN, Tenn., May 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., ("MAA") (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its operating partnership, Mid-America Apartments, L.P. ("MAALP"), priced a $400,000,000 offering of MAALP's 5.300% senior unsecured notes due February 15, 2032 (the "Notes") under its existing shelf registration statement.
