Fulton Financial Announces Launch of Common Stock Offering
April 29, 2024 6:27 AM UTCLANCASTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) (the Corporation) today announced that it commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. The Corporation expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock.
Piper Sandler and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
